Want to be part of Asheville’s official June Pride festival? Asheville Pride Fest welcomes local product vendors, artists, food trucks, performers, nonprofit organizations, and volunteers to help make our annual LGBTQ+ June Pride celebration unforgettable.

Whether you’re showcasing your work, sharing your flavors, performing on stage, or supporting the festival behind the scenes — setup, hospitality, info booths, or cleanup — there’s a place for you at Asheville Pride.

Product and service booth (10ft x 10ft) vendors and food truck spots are $125. Please note: we’re unable to provide tents, tables, chairs, electricity, or other equipment. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup and any materials needed to operate during the event.

This year, we’re also offering a limited number of FREE 10x10 spaces to a select group of Asheville-based nonprofit organizations and artists.

Your donation helps make Asheville Pride Fest possible and supports our nonprofit’s year-round work to uplift and serve the LGBTQ+ community. Contributions go toward core event costs like permits, staging and sound, accessibility resources, safety support, and community programming. Every gift, any amount, helps keep Pride welcoming, safe, and free or low-cost for everyone.

  • Yes. Asheville Pride Fest is a registered tax-deductible organization. Donations may be deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a confirmation receipt for your records.

  • Your donation directly supports Asheville Pride Fest programs, events, and year-round community initiatives, including Pride celebrations, and efforts that uplift and serve the LGBTQ+ community in Western North Carolina.

  • Absolutely. We welcome volunteers, community partners, and supporters who want to get involved. Opportunities range from event support to year-round planning and outreach. Please signup here

  • Yes. We accept select in-kind donations that align with our programs and events, such as services, supplies, or equipment. Please contact us in advance so we can ensure the donation meets current needs. Contact us hello@ashevillepridefest.org

  • Yes. You can make a donation in honor or in memory of someone special. These tribute donations are a meaningful way to celebrate or remember someone while supporting Asheville Pride Fest mission.
